COVID-19 Guidelines

1. The gym will be disinfected EVERY morning before it opens.
2. Everyone must wear a mask and have on BEFORE you enter the front door.
3. Upon entering the gym, your temperature will be checked  with a non-contact forehead thermometer.
4. All street shoes MUST be removed in the lobby and left on the mat to the side of the entrance door. Workout shoes that are worn inside of gym must NEVER have been worn outside of gym. Keep the gym shoes separate in your gym bag. Lou has had this same rule for 33 years!
5. Use the hand sanitizer that is provided in the lobby area AFTER removing street shoes.
6. We will practice social distancing.
